FeedOtter is an email marketing software company used by Facebook, Adobe, and top brands to automate and streamline email creation and delivery.

We are hiring a dedicated Customer Success Strategist to be responsible for supporting our customer through the entire customer life cycle.

*This is a full-time remote position based in the US only.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct Zoom screen-share trainings and demos of our product
  • Introduce new features and best practices to customers via email sends, webinars, and videos
  • Ensure customers accounts are working 100% and proactively reach out if errors are detected
  • Identify opportunities for customer stories and testimonials and liaise to marketing
  • Repond to customer questions via email, Drift Chat, and Zoom meeting
  • Work with our email designer to generate and implement custom HTML emails for clients
  • Ensure that customers continue to love us for our support
  • Grow our library of training materials via blog posts, knowledge base articles, and tutorial videos related to email marketing topics

Preferred skills and interests:

  • Email marketing and/or customer support experience
  • 1+ years experience working in marketing, sales, customer success, or support at an software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Computer Science or a related field

Bonus skills (not required and willing to teach)

  • Experience with Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, MailChimp or other marketing automation software
  • Knowledge of basic HTML code and/or HTML email design coding technqiues
