Inbound Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a savvy Account Executive to help kick-start our Inbound Sales team.
As an Account Executive, you will help us build an Inbound Sales team that would educate our customers about the value of Toggl in a thoughtful way. You will learn about the clients’ business needs and service usage patterns and then provide recommendations for our product development. You will drive the sales process with prospective customers as well as expansion within existing accounts. In this role, you will assist defining, building and monitoring repeatable and scalable processes for upselling Toggl to 20+ user teams on the Premium plan. Our Marketing and Product teams will give you strong support for proactively improving product experience and conversion rates. In order to track success, you will set up analytics and KPIs relevant for the new team.
You will succeed in this role if you have a results-driven mindset and a strong drive to achieve goals. You have at least 3 years of experience with closing deals on the scale of at least 10k$, preferably in a SaaS business. You also have experience in leading a team of at least 5 people. You have strong executive abilities and are not scared of experimentation and changing direction. Starting new tactical initiatives excites you and you are able to explain your plans in business terms as well as create workflow specs for the team. You have excellent written and spoken English. Experience working remotely and understanding the remote culture is a plus.
